BBPPKS Region I Sumatra Holds PKH HR Training Evaluation Workshop

PADANG (December 5th 2019) – Head of Badiklit Pensos (Kabadiklitpensos) Ministry of Social Affairs Prof. Syahabuddin stated, The superior human resource is the key of Indonesia's future, characterized by sublime characteristics, strong character, mastering skills, and mastering the present and future science.

According to the head of agency, the superior SDM will be able to answer the threat facing the nation and country forward.

"Indonesia needs the superior SDM who are in Indonesia and ideological Pancasila, tolerant and noble who continue to learn," said Kabadiklitpensos in his speech on the activities "Workshop on evaluation Training P2K2/FDS e-Learning Regional region I Sumatera" in Padang, Thursday (05/12/2019).

The number one person in this Badiklitpensos reminds, Indonesia's HR excellence advanced to become the main program of President Joko Widodo.

"The improvement of human resources in realizing Indonesia developed into a very important part. Through this activity Badiklitpensos as one unit in The Ministry of Social Affairs has the task of realizing the superior human resources especially in The Development of Social Welfare," said Kabadiklitpensos

The man who came from the city of Makassar also delivered greetings from the Minister of Social Affairs Juliari P Batubara that will be present in this activity.

"I want to convey greetings from The Minister of Social Affairs, he told you to always work seriously and rejoicing"

The former lecturer of IAIN Palu also explained the policy and Program of the Education Agency for Research and social counseling in support of the superior HR vision to Indonesia advanced.

HR PKH as one of the targets of social welfare training has a strategic task to serve the community of beneficiaries (KPM) to have independence. For this reason, competency development for PKH Human resources is needed sustainably.

Closing his remarks, Kabadiklitpensos invites all participants of The Workshop singing Mars family wishes, greeted a hectic applause and encouragement by all participants.

In the activities of this Workshop invites resource person namely, Commission VIII DPR RI, Director General of Social Protection and Security of Ministry of Social Affairs, The Inspector General of The Ministry of Social Affairs, Kapusbangprofpeksos and Pensos of The Ministry of Social Affairs, and Head of The Center for Research and Development of Social welfare.

Participants in The Workshop evaluation training P2K2/FDS PKH E-Learning region I Sumatera amounted to 115 participants conducted for 4 days on December 4th to 7th 2019 at Pangeran Beach Padang Hotel.
