BP3S Conducts an Evaluation of Online Methods

MAKASSAR (November 6, 2020) - To produce quality social services, the application of standardization in social work practice is an absolute must.

Educational Agency for Social Research and Counseling (BP3S) through the Center for Professional Development of Social Workers and Social Counseling Officers (Pusbangprof) Conducting certification evaluations through online methods.

Previously, the Head of BP3S, Syahabuddin said that certification for social workers and social assistants was very important to carry out.

According to him, with the certification, there will be recognition of the qualifications and practical competencies in accordance with the competency standards of social workers.

Head of Pusbangprof Social and Social Workforce Tati Nugrahati in her speech also hoped that the evaluation of the certification implementation through online could receive input to determine the effectiveness of this online method in the success of the certification program.

"We need input so that in the future it can be optimized again according to what has been standardized," said Tati.

Furthermore, Tati also advised that every existing Social Welfare HR, in carrying out their work, should form teamwork.
