BP3S Holds a Working Meeting on the Preparation of the Plan for State Property Needs
BOGOR (August 12, 2020) - The Secretariat of the Educational Research and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S) held a work meeting for the preparation of the needs plan (RKBMN) for the 2022 budget year within the scope of BP3S.
On this occasion the Head of BP3S reminded again about the importance of communication and coordination.
"I emphasize again that communication is very much needed in the organization, in the preparation of the RKBMN it seems that all work units in BP3S can communicate and coordinate well," said the Head of BP3S.
This activity was initiated by the General Affairs Section of the BP3S Secretariat, in his report the Head of the General Affairs Section, Nuryadi said that extra efforts were needed in the management of BMN, including in terms of Determining the Status of Use, Utilization, and Security as well as Preparation of BMN Needs Planning (RKBMN)," said Nuryadi.
The RKBMN is used as the basis for proposing the provision of a budget for new needs, as the basis for proposing the provision of a baseline budget and the preparation of work plans and budgets.
For your information, this activity was carried out for four days from 12 -15 August 2020.
Present as resource persons in this activity were the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Directorate of BMN, Ministry of Finance.
