WEST BANDUNG (March 10, 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs together with the
Deputy Chair of Commission VIII DPR RI, Ace Hasan Syadzily, symbolically handed
over ATENSI, PKH, and BPNT assistance worth a total of Rp. 333,549,556,423, - in
West Bandung Regency and Bandung Regency.
"Hopefully
this will be a blessing for all of you, ladies and gentlemen, and of course on
future visits in 2023, we hope that Bandung and West Bandung, the
numbers will go down, so it won't be this much later, if it's still there,"
if still like this, it means that we are less successful, to make you all
independent," said Idit Supriadi Priatna, Secretary of the Directorate
General of Social Rehabilitation.
Idit also said to
continue to strive for empowerment. "Therefore, our spirit, as conveyed by
the Minister of Social Affairs, we will encourage, we will boost the
empowerment aspect", he said.
Deputy Chairman of
Commission VIII DPR-RI, Ace Hasan Syadzily, emphasized that Commission VIII DPR-RI
continues to strive to encourage the government so that social assistance can
be felt by the community.
"Therefore, we
at Commission VIII encourage the government as much as possible, budgeting so
that the social assistance program is felt by the community, the state must be
present to ensure that no one is hungry, malnourished, and left behind.",
he stressed.
Various ATENSI program
was provided by the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) belonging to the
Ministry of Social Affairs, namely Social Rehabilitation Center “Wyata Guna”
Bandung.
ATENSI program in
West Bandung Regency and Bandung Regency consists of Entrepreneurship
Assistance, Basic Needs Assistance, Hearing Aids, Children's Wheelchair
Assistance, 3 in1 Wheelchair Assistance, Mobile Assistance Device, and
Assistance for Orphans, Fatherless and Motherless affected by Covid-19.
Heri, one of the
beneficiaries of the Stall Entrepreneurship assistance, hopes that after
receiving this assistance, he will be able to open a bigger shop in the future.
"Hopefully in
the future, I want to be able to open a bigger stall or store," hoped
Heri.
