Digitalization of Legal Documents in the BP3S Environment
JAKARTA (October 7, 2020) - The Secretariat of the Educational Research and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S) has its own way of managing legal texts in the BP3S environment. In managing the data of this legal text, BP3S will utilize digitization. The digitization of this legal text is a change project from the Head of the OHH Legal Sub-section of the BP3S secretariat, Erdi Suhaerdi. According to Erdi, this form of digitization is in the form of an application that will facilitate the management of legal manuscript archives.
"In the future, after this digitization, it is hoped that it will be easier to manage, speed and secure the existing legal document files," he said.
BP3S Secretary Harapan Lumban Gaol who was present on the occasion said that this application should be useful. "This is a progress. I hope this application can be useful and reliable in the future," said the Secretary of BP3S, Wednesday 7/10
The secretary of BP3S also advised that any legal texts that have not been digitized should be digitized immediately. "This section of the Public Relations Legal Organization (OHH) must accommodate all legal texts in the work unit within the BP3S environment," he concluded.
