JAKARTA (August 26, 2021) - Minister of Social
Affairs Tri Rismaharini accompanied by Director General of Social
Rehabilitation Harry Hikmat discussed RKA K/L Ministry of Social Affairs for
2022 with Commission VIII DPR RI at Nusantara II Building, Senayan.
Minister of Social
Affairs, Tri Rismaharini said that in the 2021 budget ceiling with the 2022 budget,
the budget decreased by approximately 26.79% from 106 trillion to 78 trillion.
Furthermore, the Minister
of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini also proposed an additional ceiling of 25
trillion, including the Basic Food Card/BPNT for 5.9 million KPM and the ATENSI
Program for Orphans for 4.04 million children.
The discussion
prioritized addressing several strategic issues of the social impact of the
COVID-19 pandemic in 2022 and which must receive attention from the Ministry of
Social Affairs, namely the issue of poverty alleviation, social protection
issues, social empowerment issues, and budget allocation for COVID-19 victims,
especially orphans, both school-age and non-school age.
Chairman of Commission
VIII DPR RI Yandri Susanto highly appreciates the Ministry of Social Affairs
"from the proposed budget it will be seen how much budget will be
allocated for empowerment, orphans, and others", said Yandri.
At the Working Meeting of
the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with Commission
VIII of the DPR RI with the agenda "Discussion of the Work Plan and Budget
of Ministries/Institutions (RKA K/L) for the Fiscal Year 2022" the conclusions
are as follows:
First, Commission VIII of
the DPR RI can understand the Budget Ceiling of the Ministry of Social Affairs
of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022 of IDR 78,256,327,121,000.
Second, Commission VIII
of the DPR RI can understand the proposed additional budget ceiling for:
a. Basic Food Card/BPNT
for 5.9 million KPM for 12 months with an index of @Rp200,000/month of
Rp14,160,000,000,-
b. The Child Attention
Program for orphans for 12 months is Rp. 11,124,228,000,000,-.
Third, Commission VIII of
the DPR RI asks the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia to
follow up the views and opinions of the Leaders and Members of Commission VIII
of the DPR RI as follows:
