JAKARTA (10 March 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs continues to provide targeted assistance to all Beneficiaries (PM) with support from Commission VIII of the DPR RI. Located at the Kebayoran Baru District office.

 

The Ministry of Social Affairs distributes Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), Family Hope Program (PKH), Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI), and Assistance for Orphans whose parents died due to Covid-19.

 

Director of Child Social Rehabilitation, Kanya Eka Santi said that the social assistance distributed was aimed at encouraging the independence of all PMs so that they can be empowered and independent in the future.

 

"Especially for assistance to orphans, fatherless, and motherless, this is a continuation from last year which was given to 28,000 children in 1 (one) month for children in the school-age to get Rp. 200,000 while children who have not attended school yet get Rp. 300,000", he added.

 

Hidayat Nur Wahid, who is a member of Commission VIII of the DPR RI, said that the DPR RI has the task of helping the community, defending the interests of the people, ensuring that government programs, especially in the Ministry of Social Affairs, can be implemented properly and correctly and are beneficial, including being a blessing to the community, especially orphans, fatherless, and motherless.

 

Furthermore, Hidayat Nur Wahid also gave a message to all beneficiaries to provide complete identity data such as family cards, ID cards, child certificates, and others that can facilitate the data collection process while in the field.

 

"For all beneficiaries, please help convey accurate data so that it can help residents so that there is no slander and disaster because inaccurate data will be a problem", concluded Nur Wahid online.

 

"I hope that this activity is maximized so that it can be useful for all of you, including the program, can run well sustainably. I am ready to continue to cooperate with the Ministry of Social Affairs and with various related parties so that this program can continue, is beneficial, and become a blessing," he said.

 

The details of the assistance distributed consist of Basic Food/Non-Cash Food Assistance for 82,608 KPM, January – March worth Rp. 49,564,800,000, - PKH as many as 43,020 KPM worth Rp. 30,417,000,000,- ATENSI program with details of assistance for Fulfillment of Basic Needs, School Equipment, Entrepreneurship, and Nutrition to 260 beneficiaries worth Rp. 376,386,600,-

 

In addition, Accessibility Assistance is also provided for 14 persons with disabilities worth Rp. 35,683,510,- Assistance for Orphans/Fatherless/Motherless to 1,636 children worth Rp. 727,700,000, - with total assistance of Rp. 81,121,570,110 for the Central Jakarta and South Jakarta areas.
