Increased Key Competencies To Realize Advanced and Superior Social Welfare HR

BALI (November 13, 2019) - Head of the Social Education and Counseling Education Agency (Badiklit Pensos) Ministry of Social Affairs (Ministry of Social Affairs) Syahabuddin said, Increasing Key Competencies Realize Advanced and Superior Social Welfare Human Resources.

In order to increase capacity and create quality Social Assistance Human Resources, the Yogyakarta Social Welfare Training Center (BBPPKS) held a PKH Social Assistance Capacity Building Workshop, which was held at 100 Sunset Hotels & Boutique on November 13-16, 2019. The workshop was opened directly by Head of the Social Education and Counseling Education Agency (Badiklit Pensos) Syahabuddin, Bali, Wednesday (11/13).

The Head of Badiklit Pensos, Syahabuddin expressed his appreciation for the existence of this workshop as an effort to produce quality Social Assistance so as to obtain advanced and superior Social Assistance HR.

"Human resources play a strategic role in the development of social welfare in Indonesia," said Syahabuddin

Furthermore, he also said that the Ministry of Social Affairs has many sources and potential institutional development of qualified Kessos HR.

The Head of Badiklitpensos also expressed his congratulations and very high appreciation to PKH Facilitators who had accompanied KPM so that PKH beneficiaries dared to step forward to become an Independent Integrated KPM.

Meanwhile on the same occasion, the Head of the Yogyakarta Social Welfare Training Center (BBPPKS), Wiwit Widiansyah said "we have a Schema in Increasing Competence and Performance of Training Participants" explained Wiwid

"Through the Integrated Education and Literacy Process to develop social capabilities of Kessos HR so that competence and performance in the Community Increases in Contributing to Realizing Quality and Sustainable Social Development," concluded Wiwid in the opening ceremony of the PKH Social Capacity Building HR Enhancement Workshop
