CIBINONG (May 19, 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through the “Inten Soeweno” Integrated Center in Cibinong has implemented multifunctional services. This is based on the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation (Permensos) Number 16 of 2020 on Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI). As a form of multifunctional service, the Integrated Center "Inten Soeweno" provides services to cases of ODGJ (People With Mental Disorders) in Tanggamus Regency who lives alone after the death of their parents.

Patmawati (38 years old), a girl from Sumber Rejo Village, Tanggamus Regency, has been suffering from mental disorders for 7 (seven) years. After the death of her parents in 2015, Patmawati began to show a different behavior, she tends to be quiet and only stays in the house. To fulfill basic needs such as eating, drinking, bathing, and taking care of the house, Patmawati is assisted by her neighbors.

“For 7 (seven) years, my neighbors and I have worked for hand in hand to take care of Patmawati, we started to feed, we bathed and even I did the cleaning to clean the dirt. We do it based on humanity, out of compassion, at this time we hope that Patmawati will receive adequate care and treatment," said Suranti.

In coordination with the Tanggamus District Social Office, the Head of "Inten Soeweno" Integrated Center sent a team to the field to pick up Patmawati to get Residential-based ATENSI services. “Before going to the field, the team had carried out an assessment. Social Welfare Service Recipients (PPKS) was previously sick with typhus, so we had to wait for his condition to fully recover. Currently, PPKS is healthy and ready for us to pick up, explained Roni”

Currently, Patmawati is in the "Inten Soeweno" Integrated Center Dormitory, as a form of the adaptation process to the new environment, Patmawati is placed in a separate dormitory until the adjustment period is complete.
