Intensively Running ATENSI Program, BLBI "Abiyoso" Establishes Cooperation with Bank Mandiri
CIMAHI (July 28, 2021) - Abiyoso's Indonesian
Braille Literacy Center (BLBI) has been continuously synergizing with various
agencies. This time, Bank Mandiri is the party that cooperates with BLBI
Abiyoso. Today, the agreement was formalized through the signing of the Cooperation
Agreement on the Distribution of Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI).
ATENSI is a program of
the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which includes
support for meeting the needs of a decent living, social care and/or child care,
family support, physical therapy, psychosocial therapy, mental spiritual
therapy, vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and social
assistance as well as accessibility support.
Meanwhile, ATENSI
Assistance is the provision of a non-cash Social Rehabilitation Assistance service
for Persons with Visual Sensory Disabilities (PDSN) which is carried out based
on the principles of independence, accuracy, professionalism, usefulness,
non-discrimination and accountability principles.
The scope of this
cooperation agreement includes the implementation of the distribution of ATENSI
assistance through channeling banks (Bank Mandiri) and monitoring of the
distribution of ATENSI assistance.
Beneficiaries of the
distribution of this assistance are individuals, families, groups, and or
communities who receive ATENSI following the provisions of the BLBI
Abiyoso Party.
