Launching of Core Values ​​& Employer Branding for Civil Servant (ASN)

In order to implement the priority work program of President Joko Widodo and Vice President Ma'ruf Amin regarding the development of human resources (HR) who are hardworking, dynamic, skilled, and master Science and Technology (IPTEK), it is necessary to accelerate the transformation of Civil Servant through the establishment of Core ASN Values. The existence of the same core values ​​for all Civil Servant in Ministries/Institutions/Regions is expected to be the foundation of a professional Civil Servant work culture.

The Core Values of Civil Servant ​​will be officially launched by the President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, virtually, which coincides with the stipulation of the Anniversary of the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia (PANRB) on 27 July 2021.

This event was attended virtually by the Ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet, Institutional Leaders, Secretary General/Main Secretay/Secretaries of Ministries and Institutions, Governors, Regents, Mayors, Provincial/Regency/City Regional Secretaries, and all Civil Servant in Indonesia.
