JAMBI (March 18, 2022) - The Ministry of
Social Affairs together with members of Commission VIII DPR RI, symbolically
handed over ATENSI, PKH, and BPNT assistance worth a total of Rp. 184.665.775.000,-
for 253.972 beneficiaries in Jambi Province. The location for the delivery of assistance
is at Alyatama Center Jambi.
Idit Supriadi Priatna,
Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, expressed his
gratitude to Member of Commission VIII DPR RI, Hasan Basri Agus, who was
willing to attend the Alyatama Center Jambi in the context of accelerating
social assistance.
"Jambi residents
should be proud because today, ladies and gentlemen, received assistance from
the Ministry of Social Affairs, which is one of the supporters, Mr. Hasan Basri
Agus," said Idit Secretary of the Directorate General of Social
Rehabilitation.
"Hopefully whatever
is donated to the people of Jambi brings blessings to all of you," he
hoped.
Hasan Basri Agus a.k.a
HBA, a member of Commission VIII DPR RI said that today he handed over
assistance for the underprivileged such as three-wheeled motorbikes,
wheelchairs, entrepreneurship assistance, and Social Rehabilitation Assistance
(ATENSI) program which had also been handed over to each Regency/City.
Thank God, as a member
of the House from Jambi Region, I am very happy because I received additional
funding for the Jambi community and I hope that the beneficiaries who receive
the assistance are appropriate and on target.
"I am also proud
that now the Center can be unified, and this is one that I proposed to the Minister
of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini so that everything related to the Ministry of
Social Affairs is easy to coordinate with both the Provincial Social Office and
Regency/City Social Office and myself as a member of the Commission VIII DPR RI,"
said HBA.
The ATENSI program
provided during the Recess Work Visit of Members of Commission VIII DPR RI in
Jambi Province in the form of basic needs assistance, entrepreneurship
assistance (tricycle motorbikes, grocery stalls), accessibility assistance, and
ATENSI Savings for orphans, fatherless, and motherless (YAPI) whose parents
died of Covid-19.
The various ATENSI programs are managed by several Technical Implementation Units (UPT) belonging to the
Ministry of Social Affairs, such as Alyatama Center Jambi, Dharma Guna Center
Bengkulu, and Budi Perkasa Center Palembang.
