Minister of Social Affairs Opens Coordination Meeting on Acceleration of the Ministry Social Affairs Budget Implementation
JAKARTA (July 21, 2020) - Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P Batubara opened the Coordinating Meeting for the Acceleration of Budget Implementation for 2020, Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, at the JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta.
"Currently we are still the highest, we hope that according to the president's order in the next six months, we can become the highest budget absorber," said the Minister of Social Affairs when giving his remarks, Tuesday 21/07
Furthermore, the Minister of Social Affairs said that the evaluation meeting was very necessary to find out the work program that had been carried out in the last six months, including the realization of the budget.
In the meeting, the Head of the Educational Research and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S) Syahabuddin was present to explain the evaluation of the work program including the realization of the first semester budget within the BP3S environment.
In his presentation, Syahabuddin said that during the current pandemic there was a change in the pattern of Education and Training (Diklat) organized by BP3S.
"Training education which are a national priority in the current situation cannot be held classically, all are carried out online (on the network)," said Syahabuddin in his presentation.
In this meeting the Head of BP3S also discussed the work program will be implemented over the next six months.
This activity was attended by the Minister of Social Affairs, and all echelon 1 in the Ministry of Social Affairs as well as all Heads of Social Rehabilitation Centers and all The Centers within the BP3S environment. For information present as speakersin this activity include the Head of Financial and Development Supervisory Agency(BPKP), Deputy Chair of the Corruption Eradication Commission(KPK) and the Director General of Budget of the Ministry of Finance.
