Ministry of Social Affairs and Commission VIII DPR RI Conducted a Visit to Central Java
KUDUS AND PATI (February 16, 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs and Commission VIII of the Indonesian House of Representatives made a working visit during the third recess period of Session Year 2020 - 2021 to Central Java Province. The Chairman of Commission VIII DPR RI Diah Pitaloka and her entourage were received by the Governor of Central Java Ganjar Pranowo and accompanied by the Director of Social Protection for Social Disaster Victims (PSKBS) Sunarti, Director of PFM Region 2 Wayan, Director of Individual, Family and Community Institutional Social Empowerment (PSPKKM) Serimika, Head of Data Dissemination Center for Social Welfare, Ujang Taofik Hidayat Pusdatin and officials in the Central Java Provincial Government.
The purpose of the visit is to carry out intensive communication between the DPR RI, especially Commission VIII of the DPR RI and the Regions, both the regional government and community institutions related to the implementation of development in the social sector as well as the Commission VIII of the DPR RI to supervise the implementation of laws including the State Budget as well as receiving aspirations from the local government and community.
During this activity, the Ministry of Social Affairs also delivered assistance for disaster management, which consisted of:

3. Demak Regency IDR 252.764.600
4. Semarang City IDR 233.315,617
5. Semarang City Wheelchair & Nutrition Package for Elderly IDR 43,000,000
