TERNATE (21 August 2021) - The Ministry of Social
Affairs through the Social Rehabilitation Center "Wasana Bahagia" in
Ternate handed over assistance to six Residential-based Social Rehabilitation
Assistance Program (ATENSI) Beneficiaries (PM).
The handover was held on
Friday (20/8) at the Cafe Basodara ATENSI Creation Center by the Section Head
of Social Rehabilitation Services, Jamila M. Zen. The types of goods submitted
include mixers, dispensers, nutritional additives, and school equipment.
On this occasion, Jamila
advised the beneficiaries to practice the skills they had received while at the
Center. "Sisters, please try to make a cake at home, later the product can
be sold at Cafe Basodara," said Jamila.
Rio (16), one of the PMs,
thanked the Ministry of Social Affairs for the assistance he received.
"I'll tell you later, let's mama try to make brownies at home," said
Rio excitedly.
Previously, for seven
days since Monday (16/8) PM attended training on making various types of cakes,
ranging from disco beans, brownies, banana chips, and pancakes filled with tuna.
The six PMs consist of three people with mental disabilities and three people with physical disabilities.
