JAKARTA (24 November 2020) - As a form of support for the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate of Social Protection for Social Disaster Victims (PSKBS) handed over assistance to volunteers or medical officers on duty at the Wisma Emergency COVID-19 Hospital (RSDC) Wisma Kemayoran athletes, Central Jakarta, in the form of 500 basic food packages and 2,000 bars of soap for 64 posko people and 348 other personnel, Tuesday (24/11).

The aid was handed over directly by the Director of PSKBS, Sunarti, and received symbolically by the Field Health Commander (Dankeslap) RSDC Wisma Atelt Kemayoran, Lt. Col. Laut (K) drg. M. Arifin. While handing over assistance, Sunarti said that in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, synergy between Ministries / Agencies is needed. In this case, the Ministry of Social Affairs also has the responsibility to work together in dealing with COVID-19, especially in the realm of psychosocial support.
