SIDOARJO (14 April 2022) - Located at the 2nd Infantry/Marine Brigade Command Headquarters, Gedangan Sidoarjo, East Java, Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini handed over assistance in the form of compensation for heirs and injuries to victims of social disasters in Nduga and Yalimo Regencies, Papua Province.

 

One of the aids was given to the First-Level Sergeant (Sertu) Eka Andriyanto Hasugian, who was known to have died due to gunfire from an unknown person (OTK), last Thursday (31/3/2022) while at a kiosk belonging to a victim on Trans Elelim Road, Elelim Village, Elelim District, Yalimo Regency, Papua.

 

Eka's wife, Sri Lestari, was also seriously injured by a gun and died on the way to the local health center. This husband and wife leave two children, namely Muh. Fino Putra Pratama (4) and Elvano Putra Faezya (3). Compensation and assistance were handed over to Muh. Aris as the father of Eka Andriyanto Hasugian.

 

"We are deeply saddened. The victim's family must also be patient. Both died in the line of duty and hopefully, God gives him a proper place," said Risma.

 

To the families of the victims of Sertu Eka Andriyanto Hasugian, the Ministry of Social Affairs handed over overcompensation to the heirs of IDR 15,000,000 x 2 people = IDR 30,000,000, assistance to meet the needs of family life IDR 100,000,000 x 2 people = IDR 200,000,000, food packages, children's clothes and certificates of appreciation.

 

In addition, MoSA also handed over ATENSI service from the "Prof. Dr. Soeharso" Surakarta Integrated Center in the form of packages for children's games, bicycles, nutrition, and diapers worth IDR 10.300.000.
