MATARAM (August 19, 2021) - "Paramita" center (balai) had accelerated the vaccination program for children of beneficiaries as well as the employees. This second batch of vaccination activity was attended by 20 children and five employees, collaborating with Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital.

Previously, the first batch of vaccination activity was administered in June and July. There were 30 participants both civil servants and contract employees, who participated in the first batch of vaccination.

"We have to collaborate with other institutions to support the accelerated vaccination program for children in Balai," said Ketut Supena, the Head of Balai "Paramita" Mataram.

Therefore, on this occasion, the Head of Balai "Paramita" also expressed his gratitude to Bhayangkara Hospital Mataram for the support and assistance to Balai "Paramita" beneficiaries.

"Bhayangkara Mataram Hospital, as a part of the Indonesian National Police (POLRI), is ready to help the community and our partner institutions, especially in the health sector. Hopefully, this good relationship will always be well established," said Doctor Mike, as Deputy Head of Bhayangkara Hospital.

The children looked enthusiastic about having the vaccination. JH, a male beneficiary, said that at first, he was afraid of needles. However, when he was injected, he didn't feel anything and suddenly the nurse said it was over.

At the end of the session, the Head of Balai "Paramita" directed the children who already got vaccinations to get enough rest. He also asked the children to maintain health protocols such as washing hands, wearing masks and keeping a distance.
