“Our arrival here is in line with the Ministry of Social Affairs program with the slogan Kemensos HADIR (MoSA Present). Being present amid society is useful and the wider community can feel its presence. This step is a form of a collaborative effort between the central government and local governments in carrying out Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) activities," said Head of Pekanbaru Abiseka Center Ahmad Subarkah in his speech.

Ahmad Subarkah added that his party hopes that in the future, in handling the problem of the Social Welfare Service Recipient (PPKS) in Lima Puluh Kota Regency, it needs to be supported by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Regent and the Ministry of Social Affairs through our Center related to how to handle social problems in the future. The implementation of PPKS handlers needs to involve several technical units in the regions.

However, handling social problems is not only the responsibility of the Social Office but there are several other OPDs that help in handling PPKS, such as the involvement of the Disdukcapil in issuing birth certificates, the Education Office related to the education of children who after completion of rehabilitation in our Center to be able to take education packages A, B or C, and other OPDs to be able to contribute according to their functions.

"This is the role of each OPD formed in an *integrative service* so that these social problems can be handled quickly and are more effective in handling them," said Subarkah.

Regent of Lima Puluh Kota Regency, Safaruddin DT. Bandaro Rajo warmly welcomed the arrival of the Ministry of Social Affairs and conveyed extraordinary assistance from the Ministry of Social Affairs through the Pekanbaru "Abiseka" Center.

“Our community is greatly helped by social assistance like this which can be directly felt and benefit our community. Febri Armando Jaffar's parents (8) with disabilities who are recipients of Cerebral Palsy wheelchair assistance are feeling touched and happy to receive assistance from the Pekanbaru "Abiseka" Center,

"I am very grateful to the Ministry of Social Affairs through "Abiseka" Pekanbaru, I can't say anything more, sir, I am very happy that my son who has only been able to drag his feet to see the outside world is now gone, I am very sad. The cramps he went through at the age of 6 months caused my son to be unable to walk, once again thank you to the Ministry of Social Affairs for helping us,” said Febri’s parents.

It's the same with Jusniwar's grandfather (76), an elderly man who received a foot stick. Please have a look at the bamboo stick that I’ve been using so far, it has bent. I hope you are always in good health and can help people in need like us," he hoped.
