Scientific Oration, Head of Social Research and Counseling Education Agency Talk About Creating Reliable HR
PEKALONGAN (December 4, 2019) - Head of the Social Education Research and
Counseling Agency (Badiklit Pensos) Ministry of Social Affairs Prof.
Syahabuddin filled in scientific oration material at the Pekalongan State
Islamic Institute (IAIN). Prof. Syahabuddin conveyed that the direction of
Indonesian education was not only the transfer of knowledge, but also the
intelligence and piety.
"Synergize, Collaborate on Civilization and the Da'wah that you have
with the Social Sciences. I also hope that universities should always look
forward to what the community needs in the life and progress of the nation,
"said Prof. Syahabuddin in the Judgment of the Faculty of Usuluddin Adab
and the Da'wah of Pekalongan at the Dafam Pekalongan Hotel. (4/12)
According to Prof. Syahabuddin, Indonesia is a country that has potential
demographic characteristics. But the abundance of resources will not have an impact
if it is not fostered and given provisions. Must have the alacrity to respond
to change and face future challenges in the face of the industrial revolution
era 4.0 and society 5.0.
"The Demographic Bonus will actually be a disaster if we as a country
with the 4th largest population in the world cannot print the nation's
children, according to the needs of the times," he added
"Alumni of IAIN Pekalongan must have competence, soft skills to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, we can improve one of them through quality education so as to create reliable human resources," explained the Head of the Social Research and Counseling Education Agency.
