SIDOARJO (14 February 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through Social Rehabilitation Center “Soeharso” Surakarta and “Kartini” Temanggung attended the Working Visit of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini to Sidoarjo Regency, East Java.

 

This visit aims to inform the development of M. Haidar Dhanu Abrisan, a toddler from Ketegan Village, Tanggulangin, Sidoarjo Regency who suffers from postoperative anal abnormalities (atresia ani) which is monitored by the Ministry of Social Affairs through a media scanning program that monitors news every day, especially related to social problems.

 

Therefore, Social Minister Risma accompanied by Sidoarjo Regent Ahmad Muhdlor Ali, went down immediately to see the condition of the 2-year-old toddler and met Haidar who was being carried by his mother, Nurul Hidayati.

 

"You don't have to worry, because there used to be a similar case in Surabaya. It can be cured, it can be normal and the child is fine,” said the Minister of Social Affairs in front of Haidar's parents (14/2/2022).

 

In addition to providing motivation and facilitation, the presence of Social Minister Risma also symbolically handed over the assistance of Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) to Haidar. The ATENSI service provided included colostomy bags (to collect feces) and diapers.

 

Other assistance in the form of nutrition, namely milk, chicken eggs, biscuits, honey, vitamins, and children's toys were also handed over. Haidar had the opportunity to try toy cars equipped with remote control.

 

In addition, the Ministry of Social Affairs is also collaborating with the donation agency Kitabisa.com for further needs in the treatment of toddlers Haidar.
