SURAKARTA (14 February 2022) – Social Rehabilitation Center “Soeharso”
Surakarta held a data recording activity for 53 Social Welfare Services Recipients
(PPKS) who do not yet have an identity card, consisting of 50 PPKS Persons with
Mental Disorders (ODGJ) and 3 PPKS for Abandoned Families.
This activity was carried out in collaboration with
the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registry Office. Of the 53 PPKS whose
data has been recorded, the population identity data that can be seen with
their NIK and KK No. is 13 PPKS, and 40 PPKS have not been able to find their
NIK.
For PPKS whose NIK has not been found, the data
collection will be continued on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, by filing. For the
filing of the Dukcapil Office of the City of Surakarta, assisted by the
Supervisor/Social Worker at the Soeharso Surakarta Center together with
officers from the Dukcapil Service to complete the data collection for 40 PPKS.
Filing in the data collection is to complete the
data, by assuming age by looking at the year of birth and counting backward
when the age is known.
After the filing schedule has been completed, it
will be continued on Wednesday, February 16, 2022, to check the re-recording of
data for 40 PPKS through checking the condition of the eyes, fingerprints, and
photos that will be used to print on the ID cards.
Before printing ID cards and KK, there needs to be
a letter from the Soeharso Surakarta Center stating that for 40 PPKS who have
not seen their NIK, they need to use the address at Soeharso Center and become
residents of the City of Surakarta with the condition that there must be a Head
of Family in the said KK and it is determined by the Soeharso Center Surakarta.
