BANDUNG DISTRICT (27 February 2021) - The Director-General
for Poverty Handling, Asep Sasa Purnama paid a visit to the Social Welfare
Center (Puskesos) in Cipanjalu Village, Cilengkrang District, Bandung Regency.
The visit was carried out
in the framework of coordination with the Head of the Puskesmas (Community
Health Center), Cipanjalu Village to gather information and the potential of the village (27/02).
The Director-General
hopes that the handling of poverty at the village-level can run in an integrated
manner. "People really miss partners who can truly prosper them, one of
the activities to improve the welfare of the poor is through farming, because
farming can also be a strategic activity for the community that can improve the
economy", said Asep Sasa accompanied by the Head of the Cipanjalu Village
Community Health Center. Warya S as well as several members of the management
of the Cipanjalu Village Community Health Center.

Village Puskesmas said that the Puskesos plays a role in the verification and
validation of Social Welfare Integrated data (DTKS).
"Puskesmas have
played a role in the verification of DTKS, the implementation of community
empowerment, and the implementation of social welfare at the village level. Efforts
are also needed to integrate the potential and the source system needs to be
improved", said the Head of Puskesmas.
