JAKARTA (11 May 2022) - Previously, the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri
Rismaharini, visited the residence of a toddler with hydrocephalus (swelling of
the head dues to fluid in the brain), Parhan directly at the residence of a
toddler with hydrocephalus (08/01). At that time, Risma immediately brought and
referred Ananda Parhan to the "Handayani" Center in Jakarta on
Tuesday (11/01) for social and medical treatment. Parhan, who is always
accompanied by his mother, Rosita, is now starting to show better medical
developments.
On Thursday (27/01), Parhan was given surgery to
install a urinary tube in the head to help reduce pressure on the brain.
Furthermore, in March 2022, Parhan also received surgery on the nose that was
previously swollen. Until now, Parhan continues to control the Cipto
Mangunkusumo Hospital (RSCM) Jakarta for examination and preparation for surgery
on the eye.
Today (11/05), when Parhan carried out routine
checks, the Minister was accompanied by dr. Sumariyono, S.pD-KR, MPH, and the
CEO of Kitabisa.com, Alfatih Timur, attended and accompanied, and monitored
Parhan's physical development. With a cheerful face that continued to smile and
made a small voice, Parhan welcomed the arrival of the Minister. In addition, Minister
Risma also advised Rosita to keep always enthusiastic and continue to support the
development of Parhan.
"Meanwhile you are in Jakarta, you can learn
entrepreneurship and continue to accompany Parhan until he recovers",
Risma said. Then Rosita just nodded and kept shedding her tears.
In addition, Social Minister Risma also witnessed
the handover of donations from thousands of good people through Kitabisa.com for IDR 83,627,512 for Parhan represented by Rosita. Furthermore, MoSA
through the "Handayani" Center in Jakarta also provides ATENSI
services in the form of fulfilling decent living needs such as milk, pampers,
clothes, sandals, shoes, toys, and others.
Before leaving RSCM, Social Minister Risma took the
time to visit other children who were also being cared for in the same room as Parhan
and gave directions for an assessment and attention to all the children's
needs.
