The Ministry of Social Affairs Distributes ATENSI Aid to 284 PPKS in 6 LKS in Lampung Province

October 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through Social Rehabilitation Center “Dharma
Guna” Bengkulu distributed Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) to 284
Social Welfare Service Recipient (PPKS) for 6 Social Welfare Institutions (LKS)
in Lampung Province.
The LKS are
spread over 4 regencies/cities, namely LKS Aulia Rahma and Sinar Jati in Bandar
Lampung City, LKS Ataraxis in South Lampung Regency, LKS Sabilun Najah and
Srikandi in Central Lampung Regency and LKS Al-Fattah in Lampung Regency.
The total
ATENSI Aid Package distributed was Rp.464,000,000, - (four hundred and
sixty-four million rupiahs) to support the fulfillment of a decent life, foster
entrepreneurship for chickens, goats, and cows as well as sewing to PPKS who
were fostered by the 6 LKS.
"We
hope that all this assistance can be used as best as possible by LKS for the
benefit of the beneficiaries because this assistance is provided to
beneficiaries through guidance and assistance from LKS," said Head of the
Dharma Guna Center Bengkulu, Dardi through the field coordinator Triyoni.
Member of
Commission VIII DPR RI, Komang Koheri was also present at the handover of
ATENSI Aid at LKS Sabilun Najah. He said that the function of the DPR RI
besides budgeting is the function of supervising programs and activities
carried out by the government, in this case, the Ministry of Social Affairs.
"We are
grateful that the aspirations of the community and LKS have been realized by
the Ministry of Social Affairs through Dharma Guna Bengkulu, and hopefully it
can be useful for the inmates to learn," he added.
