The Social Rehabilitation Center for Children Needing Special Protection "Alyatama" Accompanying Child Victims of Fornication
BENGKULU
(February 4th 2020) - Social Rehabilitation Center for Children
Needing Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Alyatama" in Jambi accompanied
child victims of fornication in three locations in Bengkulu City.
The BRSAMPK “Alyatama” team in Jambi,
officers from the Bengkulu City Social Service Agency and Social Worker Service
Unit responded to the case by visiting the location of the incident to carry
out identification and assessment.
Based on the results of observations and
assessments carried out, a quick response is needed to follow up on the case so
that the victim's child immediately gets further social rehabilitation.
The child victims also need
psychological examinations and long-term assistance from social workers and
parents, with the hope that they can return to the family and society to continue
their education and fulfill their rights as children.
