SUBANG (19 January 2021) - The Director General of Poverty Handling, Asep Sasa Purnama, made a working visit to Subang Regency to monitor the progress of the 2021 Cash Aid channel.

 

Accompanied by the Head of the Subang Post Office, Dadang Hermawan, the Head of the Pusakanegara Post Office, Nandi, the Pusakanegara Subdistrict Social Welfare Worker (TKSK), Suharto, as well as the Pusakanegara District Family Hope Program (PKH) Assistant, Wawan, and the SIKS-NG Operator in Patimban Village, Sudartono.

 

During his visit, the Director General ensures that the 2021 Cash Aid, which consists of the Basic Food Program, Cash Social Assistance (BST), and Family Hope Program (PKH) has been received by the Beneficiary Families (KPM) of each program.

 

The number of KPM cash assistance in 2021 in Patimban Village, namely the BST Program as many as 804 KPM, the Grocery Program as many as 486 KPM, and PKH as many as 544 KPM. The realization of the BST channel itself in Patimban Village has reached 100%.

 

The Director General also greets the residents and fishermen around the national strategic area, namely Patimban Port. One of the KPM that he met was Mrs. Juleha, who is a recipient of the PKH program and the Basic Food Program.

 

Mrs. Juleha said that she had disbursed the cash assistance and spent it for her school children and groceries. "Yesterday I spent my PKH disbursement money for schoolchildren's needs, namely books. I also spent my money from the Non Cash Food Assistance / Staple Food program for some rice, eggs, vegetables, fruits and chicken," said Mrs. Juleha.
