Working Visit of the Director General of PFM in NTT Province
KUPANG (July 15, 2020) – Director General of Poverty Handling (PFM) Asep Sasa Purnama conducted a working visit program in East Nusa Tenggara at July 12-15, 2020.
During the working visit, The Director General of PFM is accepted by the Governor of NTT, Viktor Laiskodat discuss the problems of poverty which exist in NTT Province. Next Director General of PFM held FGD activities attended by Kupang Mayor, Head of Social Services Agency NTT Province. Secretary of regional Kupang City, Head of Social Services Agency Kupang City, Head of District Kota Raja. Coordinator Regional also Food Companion Social Pillars such as TKSK, Youth Organization and Disaster Preparedness Cadets, located at Kupang Mayor Office Hall.
After FGD, Director General of PFM continued to review of the distribution of Cash Social Assistance (BST) in POS Office Kupang city and visit one of member Youth Organization, Ryan Lado who made sofa from old tires
Furthermore, a review of the distribution of BST phase III is carried out in Labuan Bajo. 100% distributed to Family Beneficiaries (KPM) through PT. Pos Indonesia. Phase III is the final phase distribution of BST worth Rp600.000. Working visit activities in Labuan Bajo was closed with coordination and friendly visit with the Regent of West Manggarai, Agustinus Ch. Dula.
At the end of the visit, Director General of PFM paid a visit to the Labuan Bajo Tourism Authority Board to push the Eco Socio Tourism agenda. This is intended to explore the synergy of tourism-based poverty alleviation programs. At the end of activities was closed by visiting Kornelis Dagut’s e-Warong.
