MESUJI (November 5, 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through Social Rehabilitation Center “Wyata Guna” Bandung has distributed Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) support in the form of assistance to meet school and basic needs for orphaned children.

In Mesuji Regency, Wyata Guna Bandung has distributed ATENSI support for orphans, fatherless and motherless whose parents died of Covid-19 as many as 40 children spread over 7 sub-districts.

Following the direction of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini, the Ministry of Social Affairs will assist orphans whose parents died due to Covid-19. Previously, data collection and needs assessment was carried out by the Social Rehabilitation Facilitator with the Provincial and Regency/City Social Offices.

The Wyata Guna Bandung team hopes that the orphaned students who receive the compensation can use the money given for school needs or basic needs so that they are useful.

It is hoped that even though they are orphans, we have to pay attention to their education and welfare. So that they can reach achievements and become successful children in the future. Therefore, these orphans should not be discouraged and should study hard so that they will be successful in the future.

The Regent of Mesuji, H. Saply TH, who represents the people of Mesuji Regency, expressed his gratitude for the ATENSI support distributed in Mesuji Regency. "Hopefully this assistance can be useful and increase the enthusiasm of the children in carrying out their daily routines," he said.

"I thank you profusely for the assistance given to me, this assistance is very useful for my school needs and can help my mother's burden," said Wisa Anjani, one of the beneficiaries.
