“Alyatama” Children's Center Starts Supervision of Social Rehabilitation Assistance

PALEMBANG (June 29, 2020) – Children’s social rehabilitation assistance is a support provided by the children's center "Alyatama" in Jambi to the children’s upbringing social welfare institution. In 2020 as much as 850 child on 37 social welfare institution in 4 working area “Alyatama” Children's Center at Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu and Bangka Belitung island provinces get assistance in the form of savings worth 1 million rupiah.

Children’s social rehabilitation assistance also is a response from social ministry trough “Alyatama” Children's Center to the impact of Non-Natural National Disaster, Covid-19. The data of the children receiving the assistance is determined based on the Database.

Head of “Alyatama” Children's Center, Imron Rosadi with Head of Social Assessment and Advocacy, Nurhasanah and social worker, Aulia Mirza started supervision Children’s social rehabilitation assistance in Palembang. There are 4 Taman Anak Sejahtera (TAS) in this city who get Children’s social rehabilitation assistance in 2020 that is TAS Chiqa Smart, TAS Tatuka kusuma, TAS Tifarana, and TAS Marfu’ah.

The purpose supervision to ensure technical in Children’s social rehabilitation assistance are run to according to technical instructions Children’s social rehabilitation assistance in 2020 published by Directorate of Social Child Rehabilitation.

The Four TAS get guidance from supervisors of  “Alyatama” Children's Center such as ensuring administrative completeness, start from evidence of funds disbursement from children's accounts, activity receipt, attendance and photo activity etc.

There are 4 things that became the focus of supervision activities is accuracy used donation of purposeful Worth 500 thousand rupiah, and three other activities, Strengthening Family Capabilities and Responsibilities, Strengthening Child Capabilities and Responsibilities and therapies that received an allocation of 500 thousand rupiah for the three activities.

Supervision activities are intended for each TAS administrator accompanied by Sakti Peksos. LKSA Administrator grateful to receive direction and guidance in Child Social Rehabilitation Assistance activities.

On this occation occur coordination between South Sumatera province Social services and Palembang City Social Services regarding the implementation of this program, at the same time giving support Recreational Kit from UNICEF and Directorate General of Child Social Rehabilitation for the fourth LKSA
