NGANJUK (22 November 2021) - Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini made a working visit to Nganjuk Regency. Social Rehabilitation Center "Budi Dharma" Bekasi distributes Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) support to the elderly. The handover was held at Juang 45 Building, Sunday (11/21/2021).

 

On this occasion, the "Budi Dharma" Center in Bekasi distributed assistance to 100 elderly with total assistance of Rp125,709,375,00. This assistance is in the form of nutrition, personal hygiene equipment assistance, room facilities assistance, and accessibility assistance in the form of wheelchairs, 3 and 4 leg sticks.

 

After being symbolically handed over by Social Minister Risma, the aid was distributed to the Nganjuk Social Service and will be distributed to the elderly in 5 sub-districts in 7 villages. 30 people in Bagor Subdistrict, Pesudukuh Village, 6 people in Berbek Subdistrict, Sendang Bumen Village, 14 people in Gondang Subdistrict, Ketawang Village, and in Nganjuk Subdistrict there are 4 villages namely Begadung Village 2 people, Kauman Village 15 people, Mangundikaran Village 11 people, Ploso Village 15 people, and Rejoso Subdistrict, Klagen Village, 7 people.

 

Pujiyanto, Head of the Center hopes that the assistance provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs through the "Budi Dharma" Center Bekasi can help and benefit the elderly. "We hope that this assistance can be useful and provide encouragement for parents," said Puji.

 

Marinah (86), one of the beneficiaries in Ploso Village, Nganjuk District, expressed her gratitude to the Ministry of Social Affairs and the "Budi Dharma" Center in Bekasi.

 

"Thank you, ladies and gentlemen, from the Ministry of Social Affairs and the "Budi Dharma" Center in Bekasi who have helped and provided me with a wheelchair, nutrition, and personal hygiene equipment," said Marinah.
