"Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center Promotes e-Performance Application for ASN

(31 May 2021) - Budhi Dharma Bekasi
Elderly Center belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs held a Dissemination
of the Performance Assessment of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) through the
e-Performance Application which was launched by the Minister of Social Affairs
on 10 May 2021.
This activity was held following the direction
of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Tri
Rismaharini, who said that all ASN had a measurable and accountable performance
contribution according to the duties and functions of their positions without
exception.
The Head of Budhi Dharma Center, Pujiyanto
said that the purpose of the ASN Performance Assessment Dissemination using the
e-Performance application was to understand the performance achievements
carried out by all employees without exception.
"Starting June 1, 2021, the e-Performance
application as a tool for evaluating employee performance can be well
documented, employees must be active to create jobs, the activities will be
seen in their respective e-Performance applications," said Puji.
Gufron, the personnel manager, and Iis
Prihastuti, who participated in the previous activity, in addition to
explaining the e-Performance application for employees, also made it clear with
direct practice of evaluating employee performance on the e-Performance
application. This practice starts from the procedure for logging into the
application to the procedure for filling out daily activities carried out by
employees so that it is easily understood by all ASN at Budhi Dharma Bekasi.
