Commemorating HLUN 2021, "Meohai" Center Distributes ATENSI Aid for the Elderly
KENDARI
(28 May 2021) - Ministry of Social
Affairs Meohai Center in Kendari with a strong spirit distributed ATENSI
assistance in the form of basic necessities and health services to the elderly
in the city of Kendari. The activity involved the elderly from several areas,
namely, Anawai Village, Wua-Wua District; Mokoau Village, Kambu District;
Lalundape Kendari Village, West Kendari, Kemaraya Subdistrict and Gunung Jati
Village.
The distribution of aid in the context of the
National Elderly Day (HLUN) is carried out in Meohai Kendari Center and for the
elderly who cannot come, it is distributed directly to the homes of each
elderly who have entered the social worker assessment data.
The distribution of ATENSI assistance was
handed over directly by the Head of Meohai Kendari to the elderly who were
accompanied by the Head of Administration, Head of Section of Social
Rehabilitation and Social Workers. Head of Meohai Center Budi Sucahyono
explained that this ATENSI assistance was one of the activities carried out in
welcoming HLUN for the elderly.
