Director General of Social Rehabilitation: Be an Inspirational Leader
BEKASI (October 31, 2019) - Director General of Social Rehabilitation Edi Suharto gave direction to the activities of Increasing Managerial Competence for Civil Servants (ASN) in the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation at the Grand Amarrossa Hotel Bekasi.
Edi Suharto said that there are five elements in organizational management, namely the existence of a vision, competence, incentives, a source system and an action plan.
A good leader is honest, forward-thinking, competent, inspiring, and intelligent. So a good leader is a leader who tries to "catch" subordinates when they are achieving and then give praise sincerely. Not those who try to "catch" subordinates when they make mistakes and punish them, "said Edi.
The activity was carried out for three days from October 31 – November 2, 2019 at Hotel Amarossa Bekasi with a total of 60 participants consisting of the Head of UPT, Head of the Administration for the Directorate, Head of Section at the Secretariat, Personnel Analysts and from other elements.
