JAKARTA (May 7, 2021) - The "Ciungwanara" Disability Center in Bogor, which is one of the Technical Implementation Units (UPTs) belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs, also enlivened the 1442 H Ramadan Bazaar in the courtyard of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, Jalan Salemba Raya No. 28.

The bazaar entitled "Cheap Shopping, Together with the Minister of Social Affairs" was also attended by various other Social Affairs Centers in Jabodetabek and Sukabumi.

The Head of the "Ciungwanara" Disability Center, Siti Sari Rumayanti, was also present along with the Head of Social Rehabilitation Services Section, Lisdiana, along with social workers, skills instructors and beneficiary (PM). The Ramadhan Bazaar, which lasted for 2 days from Thursday - Friday, 6 to 7 May 2021, was busy with visitors from the Ministry of Social Affairs and the local community.

Various kinds of products produced by the Recipients (PM) of "Ciungwanara" Center for Disabilities such as: Ciwitan Hijab, Decoupage Bags, Healthy Cookies, Salted Eggs, and frozen cireng were exhibited and bought and sold at the event.

"We really welcome a bazaar event like this because it is very effective in promoting and distributing the work of PMs, this is proven by the large number of PMs' works that have sold out," said Sari.

Various suggestions and praise came from visitors who expressed their appreciation and bought up PM's work. One of them is the Minister of Social Affairs, Mrs. Tri Rismaharini.

"Thank you for your dedication, friends, continue your dedication so that the PM can be independent and prosperous," said Risma encouragingly.

The Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Harry Hikmat, also appreciated the Ciwitan Hijab and Healthy Cookies products.

"This is great, being the icon of the "Ciungwanara" Center for Disabilities, let's continue to increase our creativity and creativity," said Harry.

On the second day after visiting each stand, the Minister of Social Affairs immediately announced various awards. "Ciungwanara" Disability Center received a certificate of appreciation from the Minister of Social Affairs as the Center with the Best Handycraft, namely the Ciwitan Hijab.

The charter was handed over by the Minister of Social Affairs and received directly by the Beneficiary, Fahri, who was accompanied by the Head of the "Ciungwanara" Center for Disabilities.

The bazaar is carried out while implementing strict health protocols. The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs' COVID-19 Task Force Team always patrols and monitors and urges Bazaar visitors to keep their distance, always wash their hands and wear masks.

Many of PM's works have sold out. However, the blessings of Ramadan don't stop here, visitors who didn't get a chance immediately ordered pre-orders.
