Finalizing Financial Documents, Finance Bureau Team Accompanies "Alyatama"
JAMBI (August 14, 2020) - The Finance Team of the "Alyatama" Children's Center belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs in Jambi has the opportunity to get Financial Management Assistance from the Finance Bureau Team of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The activity lasted for three days from 12-14 August 2020 in the "Alyatama" Children’s Center Meeting Room.
This assistance aims to see the extent to which the conditions for the implementation of the guidelines in financial management can be carried out in analysis of the obstacles that may arise in financial management.
"This activity really helps us as an early detection if there are deficiencies in the presentation of financial documents so that we can complete them," said Viking as the Head of the Administration Sub Division.
The Finance Bureau team verified the disbursement and financial accountability documents for the period of July 31, 2020. From the results of the assistance obtained, the financial documents can be presented properly with several notes that will be used as follow-up material for improving the financial management of the "Alyatama" Children's Center.
"This assistance activity does not end here. We are open to receiving questions and sharing problems that may occur in the management of financial documents”, explained Erro as the Head of the Assistance Team for the Finance Bureau.
