PANGKALPINANG (December 20, 2021) - 2021 will be the 64th anniversary of the HKSN with the theme of HKSN: "STRENGTHENING SOCIAL SOLIDARITY, PROSPEROUS INDONESIA". In general, this theme can be interpreted that amid the COVID-19 pandemic, solidarity needs to be established to strengthen social resilience. This year, solidarity is seen as social capital to make Indonesia strong and growing. HKSN is also expected to strengthen social integration, commit to solving common challenges, towards a Prosperous Indonesia.

 

HKSN activities have been started in several areas in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands, in various activities with the nuances of strengthening social solidarity. The Surakarta "Soeharso" Center took part in the 2021 HKSN activity in Bangka Belitung by distributing ATENSI support worth a total of Rp. 127,330,000.

 

In the first symbolic handover on (Saturday/18-12) at the residence of the Mayor of Pangkalpinang City to the Social Welfare Service Recipients (PPKS) on behalf of Agusliana in the form of assistance for business development selling pempek with the assistance of Rp. 3,500,000. At the Peak of the Month of Social Solidarity which was held at the Gelora Bung Karno stadium in Muntok, West Bangka, it was symbolically handed over to Rovi Arisandi and Awaldi Tanjung in the form of an electric wheelchair @Rp24,000,000-=Rp48,000,000, Rahmat Ismiyadi in the form of an adaptive wheelchair Rp5,000,000, Gusniar in the form of an adaptive stick of Rp. 3,000,000 x 10 units of Rp. 30,000,000, and Rp. 5,000,000 for workshop business assistance to Rano, and Rp. 5,000,000 for electronic business to Qodri.

 

On the evening of the Reflection on Social Solidarity at the Gale-Gale Restaurant, the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia handed over assistance in the form of a set of keyboard musical instruments, speakers, and microphones plus cables to sensory persons on behalf of Oktaria Fianti in the amount of Rp.13,750,000. At the time of handover by the Minister of Social Affairs, Oktaria was pleased to contribute a song and try out a new musical instrument that he had just received and was accompanied by a keyboard by Muhammad Ilham who is also a sensory person. The audience, hearing Oktaria and Ilham appear, were fascinated and gave applause.

 

On the peak day of the 2021 HKSN in Bangka Belitung which took place at the Bangka Belitung Governor's Office Courtyard. The event took place with a limited audience to comply with health protocols. This activity was filled with some agendas including the submission of the Social Solidarity plaque, the awarding of the Satya Lencana Social Solidarity, a Welcome Speech by the Governor of Bangka Belitung, and of course as the core agenda for the Speech and Directions of the Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini.

 

In his remarks, the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini, explained the reason why this HKSN must be commemorated because it is an effort to restore the spirit of solidarity and cooperation which may have begun to erode as the nation's capital for its progress.

Our strength is how we join hands to solve existing problems together," she said.

"We have strengths that other nations cannot, no other country has this extraordinary power, namely cooperation," she added.

"We manifest our sense of unity by working together to build this country," she concluded.

On the same occasion, the Governor of the Bangka Belitung Islands, Erzaldi Rosman, in his remarks expressed his gratitude for being allowed to host the peak event for the 2021 HKSN commemoration.

"We are very grateful for what has been realized and given to our community, at the same time this can motivate this nation and country to continue to encourage social solidarity," he said.

"Our sense and responsibility are to fight together to provide peace, prosperity, provide security, and comfort for all elements of the Indonesian nation and state," he concluded.
