Improving Public Relations Performance, BRSLU "Gau Mabaji" Holds Journalism Training
GOWA (November 16, 2019) - The Social Rehabilitation Center for Elderly (BRSLU) "Gau Mabaji" in Gowa held a journalism training, Wednesday (13/11/2019). This activity, which is packaged in the form of in-house training, is carried out to improve the performance of employee public relations.
"All employees are public relations of the Balai and the Ministry of Social Affairs. They play a role in disseminating the program in order to build a positive image of the institution," said Head of BRSLU "Gau Mabaji" Syam Wuryani.
According to Wuryani, this training is in line with the Ministry of Social's public relations vision. This agency is expected to be close to the community, popular in government circles and in harmony with the legislative institutions.
"This activity is expected to improve the performance of public relations officers so that it can spearhead the image of the Ministry of Social Affairs, especially BRSLU," said Wuryani.
This journalism training was filled by two presenters. Journalism and news writing by former Tempo journalist, Abdul Rahman and photographic and video material by Tempo photographer Iqbal Lubis.
