KORPRI Ministry of Social Affairs with PMI Bekasi City Holds Blood Donation Activities
BEKASI (October 26, 2022) – Secretary Korpri Ministry of Social Affairs Juena
Sitepu opened a blood donation event in a series of commemoration of Korpri's
51st Birthday, this activity is a collaboration between Korpri Ministry of
Social Affairs with PMI Bekasi city and Pangudi Luhur Integrated Center Bekasi.
The blood donation activity was attended by
employees and PPNPN Sentra Terpadu Pangudi Luhur Bekasi, on that occasion, the
Secretary of Korpri Juena Sitepu symbolically gave nutrition packages to donor
participants.
"Thank you to the Head of Pangudi Luhur Bekasi
Integrated Center, PMI Bekasi City for their time and cooperation as well as
the availability of the place for the blood donation activity today, as well as
to the staff of Pangudi Luhur Integrated Center Bekasi who have agreed to
become a donor, every drop of blood that you give today will be handy for
others, hopefully, your sincerity will get a double reward," said Juena
Sitepu in her speech.
Enthusiastic donor participants thronged the registration
desk following the queue at Pangudi Luhur Integrated Center Link Center Bekasi,
where the blood donation activity started at 08.30 am and a
total of 100 people registered as donors. Still, only 46 people were declared
eligible to donate their blood.
