Mapping Study Draft and Service Model Development Analysis Workshop
BEKASI (13 November 2019) - The Director of Social Rehabilitation for People with Disabilities, Margowiyono, opened and delivered the direction of the Director General of Social Rehabilitation in the Workshop on Draft Mapping Studies & Analysis on the Development of a Disability Service Model at Amarrossa Grande Hotel Bekasi.
In his direction, the Director General of Social Rehabilitation expressed his appreciation for holding this workshop as an effort to create synergy between the government, disability organizations, the world of education, the business world and all components of society, as a form of our collective responsibility to continue to unite steps in realizing the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities.
The Workshop on the Mapping Study Draft and Development Analysis of the Disability Service Model brings up strategic disability issues, in line with our efforts to protect & fulfill the rights of persons with disabilities in Indonesia.
The results of the study draft will be used as a basis for policy development that is inclusive, especially for persons with disabilities, so that they have the same opportunity before the law to enjoy social, economic, political and cultural rights, Margo concluded.
The activity was carried out for
four days, 13-16 November 2019 with 90 participants representing Ministries /
Institutions, West Java Province Social Service, Prov. Social Service. DKI
Jakarta, East Java, Central Java and Yogyakarta Social Service, Social
Organization, Business World, Companies, Educators, and central
participants.
