MATARAM (March 8, 2022) – The Ministry of Social Affairs through Social Rehabilitation
Center “Paramita” Mataram won an award with the title "Excellent"
from the Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucracy Reforms
(PANRB) for Public Service Performance in 2021.
"The implementation of the 2021 Public Service
Performance Evaluation has been carried out from August 2021 to November 2021
with 6 aspects of assessment, including Service Policy, HR Professionalism,
Infrastructure, Public Service Information Systems, Consultation, Complaints,
and Innovation", said Diah Natalisa, Deputy for Public Service.
There are 84 Ministries/Institutions, 34 Investment
Services and One-stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) and 34 Samsat (One-stop
Administration Services Office) belonging to Provinces throughout Indonesia, as
well as 1,028 UPPs from 514 DPMPTSP and 514 Disdukcapil (Population and Civil
Registry Office) Regency/City throughout Indonesia who participated in the
evaluation of the performance of the organizers. public service in 2021.
"The value of the National Public Service
Index from 2018 to 2020 has increased significantly to reach 3.84 in 2020.
However, in 2021 the value of the National Public Service Index has decreased
to 3.79 due to the fluctuating Covid-19 pandemic and the massive addition of
evaluation locus," added Diah Natalisa.
"Based on an assessment and direct survey
conducted by the Ministry of PANRB last year to the Paramita Center, on March
8, 2022, the results of the evaluation and awards for public services within
the Ministries/Institutions in 2021 were announced where the Paramita Center Mataram
was the * Organizer Public Service with Category Very Good*, this achievement
is proud for the Ministry of Social Affairs.
The organizer of the Paramita Center said that this
achievement followed the direction of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri
Rismaharini, to continue to provide maximum service to the beneficiaries.
"We will not stop at this award, we will continue to improve performance so that the community gets maximum service", said I Ketut Supena, Head of the Paramita Center.
