The Head of Pusdiklatbangprof, Afrizon Tanjung, opened the event and provided guidance, expressing hope that participants in the Supervisory Leadership Training (PKP) will internalize and apply three key aspects of servant leadership as they prepare to take on future leadership roles within the Ministry:
a) building character and attitudes of Pancasila leadership behavior with integrity, upholding bureaucratic ethics;
b) enhancing service leadership in action, and;
c) controlling work under their field of duty by implementing collaborative innovation and optimizing all resources to improve public service performance.
This Batch III training follows a blended learning model, combining classical (offline) and non-classical (online) components. The Training Opening Ceremony is a classical learning stage (offline) after participants previously participated in offline training on September 20 - October 16, 2023.
After completing the offline training, participants will implement a Public Service Quality Change Action Project within their respective units, presenting their results in a seminar scheduled for December 28, 2023.
