Fulfilling the Needs of Persons in Need of Social Services, Abiyoso Centre Distributes ATENSI Assistance Once More
BANDUNG REGENCY (24 October 2023)-Ministry of Social Affairs through Abiyoso Centre in Cimahi distributes assistance for Social Welfare Services for Persons in Need (PPKS).
Social rehabilitation assistance (ATENSI) is given to 57 beneficiaries in the activity. The assistance distributed is in the form of decent life fulfillment, such as 45 packages of food needs, 20 packages of children's nutrition, 17 packages of persons with disabilities’ nutrition, 5 packages of elderly nutrition, 7 packages of hygiene kits, and 17 packages of facilities and infrastructure.
Furthermore, assistive devices for persons with disabilities in the form of 8 units of adult wheelchairs, 1 unit of child wheelchair, 3 units of adaptive wheelchairs for persons suffering from Cerebral Palsy, 3 units of hearing aids, 1 unit of tripod cane, 1 unit of crutches, and 5 units of elbow canes are distributed to persons with disabilities.
The village head of Cileunyi Kulon Village who also came to the distribution event also expressed his gratitude towards the ATENSI assistance given.
“To
Ministry of Social Affairs, especially Abiyoso Center, I’d like to express my
gratitude because my people can get useful assistance which can help them fulfill
their daily needs,” the Village Head said.
One of the beneficiaries also expresses his gratitude.
“Thank you for the assistance, Abiyoso Centre in Cimahi,” the beneficiary said.
