PURWOKERTO (6 August 2021) — Social Rehabilitation Center "Satria"
in Baturraden belonging to the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of
Indonesia initiated a cooperation agreement regarding the distribution of
Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) program for victims of drug abuse in
2021 with Bank Mandiri Purwokerto Area.
The Head of the Center, Darmanto,
thanked Bank Mandiri to collaborate in the implementation of the distribution
of government assistance through the ATENSI program to Victims of Drug Abuse.
This ATENSI Program will include 7 activities that will be carried out
including support for fulfilling a decent life, parenting care, family support,
therapy (physical, psychosocial, mental, and spiritual), skills/entrepreneurship
training, social assistance program, and accessibility support.
"We need to convey that the
work area of “Satria” Center in Baturraden covers 3 provinces, namely Central
Java, East Java, and Special Region of Yogyakarta," said Darmanto.
"This year our target is
4,100 people in collaboration with community-owned social rehabilitation
service partners called Institutions Recipients of Compulsory Reports (IPWL)
spread across the 3 provinces. The data of 4,100 people are not only targeting
victims of abusers as beneficiaries but families and communities are also the targets
of the attention program,” added Darmanto in the meeting.
Vice President Area Head Edi
Hargiyanto expressed his gratitude for entrusting PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero)
Tbk. Purwokerto area is a bank that distributes attention aid for victims of
drug abuse and people who have not been lucky.
"This is a noble task as
fellow human beings and we as an attention aid distribution agency are an honor
to be involved in this noble program", he said.
