JAKARTA (7 June 2021) – The Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Social Affairs Harry Hikmat gave directions as well as opened the Employee Competency Assessment within the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation which was held at the Assessment Development Center (ADC) of the Ministry of Social Affairs at the Cawang Kencana Building, Lt. 7 Jakarta.

 

According to Harry, the competency assessment for civil servants in the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation is aimed at assessing competency profile mapping as well as to select candidates for supervisory officers and administrators.

 

Competency assessment for ASN has the intent and purpose of obtaining a competency profile.

 

For employees in the context of Human Resources (HR) management, the competency profile is aimed at filling positions through promotions or transfers and position mapping.

 

Harry emphasized that this activity was for mapping employee competencies, not only for the head of the Center but for all employees within the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation.

 

The head of the Center is expected to have a standard score above 79, while for other employees or the equivalent of Echelon 4 who get a score of 90, it means that they are eligible to be proposed to fill a higher-level position through promotion.

 

Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation Idit Supriadi Priatna in his report said that this Competency Test was followed by 64 participants.

 

The assessment activities were carried out in 2 (two) stages, namely June 7, 2021, for the Greater Jakarta, Sukabumi and Bandung areas. While on June 8, 2021, for areas outside Greater Jakarta, Sukabumi and Bandung.
