MANADO (July 6, 2021) – “Tumou Tou” Manado Center signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bank Mandiri at the BRSPDSN "Tumou Tou" Manado Office. The signing of the MoU between Tumou Tou and PT Bank Mandiri initiated the collaboration between the two agencies in the distribution of the Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) program.

The signing of this MoU is a follow-up to the Virtual Meeting on the Business Introduction of the Cashless System-Based ATENSI Creation Center (SKA) with Bank Mandiri's partner.

Distribution of Cash Social Assistance (cash transfer) is the distribution of ATENSI assistance funds in the form of non-cash distributed from the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN) to the accounts of ATENSI beneficiaries, to be used as a business capital for the independence of the beneficiary.

"The signing of this MoU demonstrates the integrity of Tumou Tou Manado in implementing the Cashless System to create accountability and transparency in distributing assistance in the right amount, at the right time, on target, and in the right administration," explained the Head of Tumou Tou, Kamsiaty Rotty.

The collaboration with Bank Mandiri makes it easier for Tumou Tou Manado in distributing ATENSI assistance to beneficiaries, especially those outside the North Sulawesi area.

This also makes it easier for beneficiaries to open accounts through Bank Mandiri, although in terms of registration and withdrawal of funds they still need assistance from Disability Facilitators in their respective regions.
