150 Elderly in Pringsewu Lampung Receive ATENSI from MoSA

PRINGSEWU (March 2, 2023) - The Ministry of Social Affairs continues to pay attention to the elderly so they can continue to be healthy and happy. After previously elderly in Pekayon East Jakarta received ATENSI aid from Social Affairs Minister Risma, on Wednesday (1/3) Handayani Center handed over ATENSI aid to 150 Elderly Beneficiaries (PM) at LKS Amanah Bunda in Pringsewu Regency, Lampung.

 

Head of Handayani Center represented by Acting Head of the Administrative Subdivision, Meerada Saryati directed that ATENSI aid provided must be following the results of the assessment that had been carried out. Following these directives, the assistance distributed is based on the needs of the elderly in the form of nutritional packages, clothing, personal hygiene kits, accessibility support in the form of wheelchairs, canes, foam mattresses, diapers, and shallot seeds for agricultural business assistance with a total assistance value of IDR 118,065,000.

 

The handover of the assistance was carried out at LKS Amanah Bunda Office and was also attended by the Head of Pringsewu Social Office, Titik Puji Lestari who was accompanied by the Head of the Social Rehabilitation Division Marison, the Social Rehabilitation Companions, and the beneficiaries for the Elderly and his family. For the elderly who are unable to attend LKS, some of the assistance will be delivered directly by Handayani Center officers to their respective addresses.

 

Chairperson of LKS Amanah Bunda, Kartinah expressed her gratitude for the assistance provided by the Ministry of Social Affairs through Handayani Center. "Thank you for the assistance that has been given and also for the cooperation that has been carried out in handling the elderly in LKS Amanah Bunda work area, I hope this collaboration can continue and the elderly can continue to be cared for," she said.

 

The Head of Pringsewu Social Office, Titik Puji Lestari hopes that the ATENSI aid provided will continue to other LKS in Pringsewu Regency.
