BBRSPDI "Kartini" Holds "A Day of Synergy"
YOGYAKARTA (September 24, 2019) - Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities (BBRSPDI) "Kartini" Temanggung conducts Psychosocial Therapy and Recreational Therapy as well as Capacity Building for Employees. The activity that carries the theme "A Day of Synergy" was held in Kaliurang, Yogyakarta on Tuesday (24/9).
Followed by 141 service recipients and 138 employees, this activity aims to create an atmosphere that can foster and enhance the confidence of persons with intellectual disabilities so that they are more capable of being independent and integrated in social life.
Meanwhile, for employees, this activity also aims to increase cooperation, solidarity, care for service recipients.
The "Healthy Synergy" program was divided into several sessions. The first session was an outbound conducted at Ledok Sambi, Kaliurang. In outbound activities all participants were divided into 20 groups consisting of service recipients and employees. All groups must work together to be able to complete all the games provided in the five posts by the committee.
After joining the outbound, the group traveled to Lost World Castle, Kaliurang, visiting Sleman City Hall.
The "Healthy Synergy" event was closed at Puri Mataram. All participants mingled and synergized and rejoiced during the series of events.
