BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Receives Visit from DPRD Kutai Kartanegara Regency
MAKASSAR (October 31, 2019) - The "Toddopuli" Makassar Social Rehabilitation Center for Children who need Special Protection (BRSAMPK) received a working visit from Commission IV DPRD Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Sutimbul, Head of the Social Assessment and Advocacy Section representing the Head of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar, welcomed the visit.
In his remarks, Sutimbul explained the infographic of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar, and the direction of change in Progress 5.0 NP, as well as related to central and regional authorities in the context of providing AMPK social rehabilitation services. The duties and functions of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar, which used to be the Marsudi Putera Social Institution (PSMP), are BANTU (Assistance with Aim), Therapy, Social Care, and Family Support. Sutimbul also explained that the Social Service of Kutai Kartanegara Regency and BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the handling of children who needed special protection.
Baharuddin, Chairperson of Commission IV DPRD Kutai Kartanegara Regency explained that the purpose and objective of going to BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar is to find out how the social rehabilitation process is for one of the social problems that exist in the area, particularly regarding social rehabilitation for children who need special protection.
