MEDAN (September 26, 2019) - One of the implementation of the NP 5.0 Social Rehabilitation Program (Progres) policy is to prepare employees who have high initiative and preventive employees. The realization is by understanding staffing rules, understanding the rights and obligations of Civil Servants (PNS).

Such is the substance of the remarks delivered by Sri Wibowo as Head of the Human Happy Immunodeficiency Virus (BRSODH) Medan "Happy" Medan at the opening ceremony of the HR Capacity Building activities at the Niagara Parapat Hotel, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.

"The quality of existing human resources in the Balai can be seen through important aspects, including discipline, synergy and performance. Discipline in a matter of time, work together in establishing work relationships between superiors and subordinates and coworkers and performing to get measurable work, "Sri said.

These aspects are always echoed in the Improvement of HR Performance within the Ministry of Social Affairs.

Also present was the Head of the Personnel Sub-Division of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, Wahyu Dewanto as the speaker in this activity. He delivered the material regarding the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Bureaucracy No. 13 of 2019 concerning the Proposal, Appointment and Development of Functional Position of Civil Servants as well as Talent Management.

"This system will be implemented in the staffing regulatory process, where employees can occupy strategic positions and get awards in accordance with the results of their performance," Wahyu explained.

The BRSODH "Bahagia" HR Capacity Building activity in Medan lasted for three days, 24-26 September 2019. The series of activities consisted of a method of exposure and discussion, as well as a trip across Lake Toba to the Batak Museum and other interesting natural attractions in the Parapat area.

Through this HR Capacity Building activity, it is hoped that a comprehensive understanding of what are the main tasks and functions of BRSODH "Bahagia" Medan employees can be conveyed.
